While everybody has the right to do whatever they want as long as they do not violate someone else right, I have found that nowadays fans and girls throw around the word model very loosely. Anecdote
I contacted an indie producer to try to license him 2 of my videos. If he would have agreed I needed to contact the models first, just to let them know. Conclusion
